I have worked on wide range of mostly digital products and services that have been used by hundreds of thousands customers (e.g. GE Money Bank, Seznam.cz - Sreality.cz, Cembra Money Bank), both B2C (e.g. people looking for a new property) and B2B clients (e.g. real estate agents, car dealers).
I have helped craft websites for corporates, entrepreneurs, lawyers or students.
By doing in-depth research and running human-centered design workshops I helped many of my colleagues to work and think in new ways to become better in their expertise.
